With a few exceptions, the individual neighborhoods within Stanford Ranch do not have homeowners associations set up for the enforcement of the CC&Rs. The CC&Rs were set up as a self-enforcing document, giving each individual homeowner the rights to enforce violations of the CC&Rs. The details of this enforcement provision can be found within your CC&R documents. If you are wanting to report a violation of the CC&Rs, we would ask that you first meet with that neighbor or violator, inform them of the violation and request that they remedy the violation. If this good-neighbor policy does not work, please refer to the following letters which you can send to the violator, putting them on written notice of their violation and requesting an immediate compliance.
